Flipkart — Forgery With Delivered Item

I ordered a Philips HR1853/00 550 Juicer order id OD[protected] worth Rs. 4650 on 10 February, 2015 1:01 PM which was delivered by Sunday 15, Feb 2015. This shipment was faulty, one of the jar was damaged. We placed return request immediately on Monday 16 Feb 2015. Flipkart accepted the fault with shipment and delivered a replacement on Thursday 19 Feb 2015. We were shocked when we looked at the shipment. Topmost Flipkart packaging was damaged from edges. Philips box packing didn't have any polycover and what we saw next was a total surprise to us. Philips Box was totally damaged from all the sides.Taping was dirty and unfinished seems to be done by some unprofessionals. It seems that Flipkart guys opened original Philips packing, repacked and delivered the product to us. With such frequent replacement request we are sure original products are being replaced with duplicate/defective products. When we talked to Flipkart executive they are happy to replace this product for the third time and provide us with a another one. They are not worried how this can happen or trying to investigate the issue. It looks like a joined fraud venture where Flipkart is sharing profits from such duplicate/defective products. What if people realise defects after 30 days of shipment. They ll be out of the Flipkart return policy and eventually they ll spend their lives visiting service centers. Online buyers are increasing on daily basis, attracted by low pricing, easy delivery and paymet options.This is a matter of concern. With low pricing and blind buying are we giving away our right to buy original product? I dont know whats next for us with this product. But i would like to raise our voice against such frauds and harassment.
