[Resolved]  Flipkart — Fraud and scam by flipkart company

This is pure harassment from Flipkart.

I ordered 2 hand blenders but received only 1 and when I called customer care for the same concern they asked me to open the flipkart app and report the same issue as -
Return product - missing item - write issue

Hence I did that.

I've got call recordings of the conversations with delivery boy and customer care executive too.

I paid for 2 blenders and I got only one.

Now the recent communication from the company says that complaint has been resolved and the flipkart app says SELLER has rejected this??

What kind of scam is this??

Is it too much to ask for as a customer??

I am attaching the bill mentioning the units I ordered.

They have sent a funny template mentioning they tried contacting me but couldn't reach. wherein my family and other people I know can contact me hassle free anytime but flipkart couldn't...harassment continues...

You may contact your bank’s customer care with the refrence number[protected] using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
