[Resolved] Flipkart — Fraud & careless | |||||
I order lenovo vive k5 plus phone order no- OD[protected] for 7599/- on offer price they did not deliver my product even I called so many times to customer care after expected dates they assure me 2 days to wait when I call as 3 times. Finally they cancelled the order without inform me tracks showing maximum reaching. No courier person contact me on my regd Phone. How they playing with customer & to fraud genuine customers. Verified Support Dec 13, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried calling the customer in this number "[protected]" but unable to reach as there were no response. So mail sent to customer regarding the cancellation of the order. So closing the case. | |||||
