I am mayuresh patil and i have parched gionee max mobile on flipkart 31 august 2020. My order id od[protected] i am also paid rs. 5999 and today 12 september 2020. Order cancelled by flipkart so i request you please register complaint against flipkart. This is fraud used my money till 13 days i'm waiting a product 13 but he's cancelled my order

Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry to let you know that your order for the product 'Gionee Max (Black, 32 GB)' has been canceled due to unforeseen reasons. We request you to place a fresh order. However, the seller has completed the refund of Rs. 5999/- on 12 Sep 20 and it should be reflecting in your account by 22 Sep 20. Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
