[Resolved] Flipkart — Frauds me for Rs. 12999 | |
I ordered a Mi Pad from Flipkart against Order No. OD[protected] on 20th July worth Rs. 12999. But I received a defective item. So on the very next day complained them about it & they asked me to send it to them by a Courier as Pick-up was not available from my Address. They assured me for a replacement with Courier Charges. So on 4th Aug, I Couriered the item to them which they received on 8th Aug. But from then Flipkart is not Replacing the item. Even they are not refunding me too. I Complained them on a regular basis. But everyday they want more & more time. They can''t even providing a resolution in this regard. I''m a student. And I''m already in a loss of Rs. 12999/- which I can''t accept. I''m really nervous now about this refund. I don''t know what to ans. to my parents. Please help me to recover my money back. I want double amount as compensation for all the harassment I''m facing only because of them. Was this information helpful? | |
