Flipkart — fraudulent activity / fake reason | |||
I placed an order for Kodak XPRO 102cm (40 inch) Full HD LED Smart TV on 30th Sep, 2019 during Big Billion Sale with exchange of my old working CRT TV (Videocon Bazooka 21"). Paid full amount. Flipkart was supposed to collect my old TV and deliver the new one. I did not see any progress in order processing, so I chat with flipkart customer care on 4th Oct, 2019 and asked him whether Flipkart is able to fulfill the order or not? Chat executive guaranteed that we are able and we will deliver the order. My order was shipped on 8th Oct, 2019. Next day on 9th Oct Ekart wishmaster came to deliver the order. He told that he wants to see the old TV and he also told that he just want to check the outer body. We shown him the old TV, he checked and said that the TV is broken and can not be accepted. In fact, the TV is absolutely fine and working. He was pointing out to a thin gap in fitting of back cover of the TV (attached Document1). We explained him a lot that it is not broken but he did not agree and did not deliver the new TV. I filed a complaint on flipkart tollfree number within 10 minutes. I explained that wishmaster is making faking reasons for not accepting the old TV and he is demanding money. One customer care executive promised me for the resolution of the issue. I got mails promising the resolution of the problem. I also got email from Mr. Pavankumar at midnight and he mentioned in his mail that as per TRAI rules they can not call a customer after 9PM. So he will call next morning after 9AM and will discuss and resolve the issue. Next day on 10th Oct, I did not get any email and flipkart cancelled my order without discussing with me and stated the reason that SELLER (OMNITECH RETAIL) IS UNABLE TO DELIVER. They also refunded money. Then I got call from Flipkart and I asked them why they cancelled my order and they were supposed to deliver the order. He told me that the order is not deliverable. I asked that if it was not deliverable then why did flipkart promised for delivery on 4th Oct when I raised a question? If it was not deliverable then why did Wishmaster come with the TV? All were fake reasons. My old TV is absolutely fine but Flipkart did not accept it because they did not want to and finally cancelled my order. I do not agree with the resolution and I want the TV at the same price at which I had ordered with Order # OD[protected]. I went through social media and I found so many complaints against Flipkart after this Big Billion sale. I tried a lot to explain Flipkart that the TV is not broken and it is working fine and requested much to deliver the product but they did not deliver and made a fraudulent behavior. In fact Flipkart did not want to keep the commitment and fulfil the order. I am requesting the Govt. of India through this portal to help me out and to ask Flipkart to deliver the new TV at ordered price during Big Billion sale. Thank you !!
