[Resolved] Flipkart — freon gas is empty | |||
Dear flipkart, I have purchased a new ac 1.5 carrier (Carrier 1.5 ton 2 star bee rating 2018 split ac - white (18k ester pro - 2 star/cas18er2n8f0, copper condenser) and delivered on 1st aug 2018. I got the delivery from ekart logistics. After delivery, while installing ac we found the freon gas is empty. Then i have refilled. The amount spends 2100 rs. Verified Support Aug 09, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer had raised a complaint that the freon gas is empty inside the product - Carrier 1.5 Ton 2 Star BEE Rating 2018 Split AC - White. Customer had installed the product from his end and customer wants to know whether the gas was supposed to be fully filled or they only have to fill the gas at the time of installation. We have interacted with the customer and informed to contact the brand regarding the same, customer agreed. Closing the complaint from our end.
