Flipkart — Gamezone and Video Section Blocked

I have been playing in gamezone for past year. But all of the sudden they have blocked me from playing any games since 20th June, 2021. The messages I am getting are - "Something went wrong we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions" or "Suspicious Activity Detected" I called the customer care but they blamed me for using hacking apps or something like that.
