[IMEI/Serial No: MQFAFL75CUXICN[protected] ] from 07/03/2019 Order ID Number - OD[protected] Bill number-# FABBM[protected] Bill Date[protected] Its price Rs.15999/- Was paid and with it JEEVES Of the company Extended Warranty 2 Year by Flipkart Protect Date of purchase 07/03/2019 And his order ID number -OD[protected] and Bill Number-# EAAAAB[protected] & Bill Date- 07/03/2019 The price was Rs-1399/- was paid.So I want to tell you sir that my machine used to have frequent faults so my machine has been bothering me for a long time so I first called Flipkart and said that there were frequent faults in my machine A complaint was lodged by a Flipkart representative but after a while he called Flipkart again and said that if there is a frequent fault in my machine, I request you sir.If you register a complaint again, the complaint was registered again, but a few days later, when the machine broke down again, I called Flipkart again and said that when my machine broke down, the clothes were correct. The cleaning is not done properly, so Flipkart said that your warranty has expired, you have to contact the extra warranty company Jivish, so let me tell Jivish company My machine has frequent faults when a complaint was lodged by Jivesh Company and repaired by its man. A few days later, the machine started malfunctioning again.A complaint was lodged on my behalf but the representative of Jivish came to my house and the machine was serviced in such a way that a total of four to five times the complaint was lodged again in Jivish so I will live again.Came to send a message to my register number that our representative's name is XYZ and his mobile number is XYZ So I want you to know that the representative who comes to send the message sends the representative to another representative The last time I lodged a complaint in Jeevish, a Jivish representative came to my house and inside my machine.There was a defect, so his representative said that he would see the spare part changes inside your machine.So his representative said that it would take thirty days for the spare part to come, so after thirty days I will live again. The spare part was changed by the representative. Then again after three to four days the complaint was lodged in Jivish again so when Jivish's representative came to my house he opened the machine and told me that the spare part that was replaced was bad again. When it was done he told her that you would have to wait another thirty days Another thing is that I have repeatedly lodged a complaint on Flipkart and also in Jivish and both the companies talked to me for thirty minutes but no solution was forthcoming and from both the companies.My phone was also cut off and I was treated like a ### All these big companies are running but this is called shameful And the third thing I have to say is that this spare part comes from another country, so it takes so much time and my warranty time is gone from your fault. Please tell, whats the story of them big puppys ...I'm sorry if I made a mistake …
