[Resolved] Flipkart — Goods is not proper. Non satisfaction for the goods delivered | |||
Dear Sir, I had purchased Micromax X455i online on 12.06.2015 from Flipkart. On the very 1st day the battery had drained down and was not satisfied with the look of the phone. It was not pleasing at all. I have been continuing following up with Flipkart team but they are unable to resolve the problem. The replacement of the phone is not working out with me. I want to return the phone back theya re not accepting it as there seller refuses to take back it. Verified Support Jul 10, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and she complains stating that the battery gets drained out soon and wants to return it. So apologized for the inconvenience and informed her we can arranged for replacement in this case. However, customer demanded for a refund as she did not like the product and she is even willing to purchase a different device as an exchange.
