[Resolved] Flipkart — google pixel 2 cashback not received | |||||
I had purchased google pixel 2 phone on 15th may. There was a cashback offer of rs 8000 on the purchase. Order # od[protected] When i had initially inquired with flipkart, they mentioned the cashback would be processed within 90 days of purchase which makes it 15th august latest. Its 3rd september today, and i still haven't received my cashback yet. Have attached a screenshot which clearly shows the offer applied for the order. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Sep 18, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved After raising a complaint, Flipkart customer care reverted that it was a miss from their side and confirmed that they would process the cashback at the earliest.
The cashback has now been processed and deposited into my account.
Hence, closing this complaint. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Sep 03, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
Verified Support Sep 06, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer complaint was he did not received the cash back amount of Rs.8000/- so apologized and cashback amount was processed from sellers end, informed same and closed the complaint from our end.
