[Resolved]  Flipkart — Got a different product

I have ordered Uber Urban Jeans and requested for an exchange. The Exchange came and when i open the parcel there is a shorts not a jean. I don't understand how they can give a different product as such.i got very much frustrated and celled the order. Very worst SERVICING. PLEASE LEARN FROM AMAZON GUYS. If this is case, you are losing many customers like me.
