[Resolved] Flipkart — Got damaged product | |||||
I purchases a samsung on nxt 32 gb gold. I received it with damaged screen. Then i registered for the exchange. Then delivery boy came and clicked some pics of the phone and said that they will get some approval of that then only they will handover me the new hand set. Then i call flipkart customer care and registered the complain again about all this. Then they told me don't worry you will get your hand set. Next day a got the message that your request has been cancelled. Then i again called customer care and then they told me to register the replacement request again, i registered that. Then on 16th nov 2016 i received the message that your product is out for delivery. I call the delivery boy, i told me we will not deliver this product. Then again i call customer care and talked to a senior executive. She called that delivery boy and got information that the product is got damaged by customer. But i received the product in the same manner in which i showed it to that delivery boy. Please make some resolution asap as i am facing a lot for problem because of this and also i have spent rs.18000 for the product. What can i do if they deliver the damaged product and while delivery they don't show the product condition also. So how can they say that the product is not damaged at the time of delivery.
