[Resolved] Flipkart — got defective product and when I requested the return I was blocked | |||
This incident took place with me on monday 14 october at around 2:20 pm in the noon i was delivered the product [laptop lenovo ideapad 130] by delivery man in a tempo when my product was lying anyhow i asked him also that does this will damage my product or what he said no then i went in my room and i opened it then i saw that the bezels of the laptop were unattached to laptop from the side edges and the mouse pad was also moving too much so with this concern i went on flipkart app and then started to create a return request when i was on my final stage of creating request as soon as i clicked on submit return request i was thrown out of the app and was logged out of it and now i am being blocked and i am unable to do any thing and my account is also blocked Was this information helpful? | |||
