Flipkart — Got defective product | |||||
Hi.. This is Ravi Prasad. I ordered a "Black Redmi Note 4(3gb)" from your site on 14th of april. After using it for around 5-6 days I rectified that there is a charging issue in the phone so I putted the return request through the Flipkart app. Which you resolved yourself without considering it on a call with me. The phone that I have is totally useless as it is not getting charge amd its been 4 times that I am taking returm request continuously on a phone call with your executives. And no action is getting taken by your side towards this issue. Your executives don't call me nor scheduled the pick up for this defective product which is being a burden on me now. I requested for refund also as you were not giving any replacement to me. So I came to know that this dont fall under your policy. But stangle a costumers comes in that I guess. I m seriously very disappointed by your service and items that you sold. Once this issue get resolved I m never gonna use this Flipkart site.
