[Resolved]  Flipkart — got empty jbl boombox

Company name:flipkart product type - jbl speaker order id-od[protected] oder dated - rs.18499/- registered mobile no-[protected] registered email id - sadikulmolla. [protected] return id -[protected] amount paid - rs.18499/-
Problem - sale of fake product. Grievance details:-as per consumer, he ordered a jbl speaker from flipkart on 15/05/2019 and he paid of rs.18499/-. He received fake product from the company on 16/05/2019. There is nothing in the box. So he called to the company but did not give any satisfactory response to him. So he wants to raise grievance against the company ans proper resolution. He submitted a grievance in the national consumer forum. Grievance id is 1328122. Flipkart blocked his account and refused to give replacement or refund without any investigation or fir.

Customer raised a complaint stating that customer account has been blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that customer request for return can not be initiated due to high number of returns. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
