[Resolved] Flipkart — grocery - order id - od[protected] | |||
Hi team, I ordered grocery in flipkart and it got approved and delivery timings i gave as 6:30 am to 9:30 am. Order got approved and i got message saying that in these timings your order will get delivered. But at the time of delivery when we are waiting for products at the same time delivery boy called and said we are cancelling your order due to less amount. My question is if it is less amount why it got approved. At the time of approval are they sleeping/doing something and approving. There is 2 days time between ordered date and delivery date. They would have checked in these 2 days and sent message order we cant deliver like that. But they didnt to that. They approved and i got delivery message. But exactly at the time of delivery they are calling and saying it is cancelled which is worst thing and are they playing with customers??? I need justice for this case asap. Im Request to return My Moto X4 Mobile, the issue was my camera lens was cracked. Still Now i don't have Any Update from Flipkart. please check and Confirm That As soon As Possible.my return request registered on 27/04/2019.
