[Resolved]  Flipkart — gst being levied on mrp

Mrp - 930, pack of 2 (Combo) - 36% discount on mrp
Effective price = 1190

But as per the final payment details, site is calculating:

Value of products:1860.00 discount (-): 669.60 shipping charges:free estimated gst 142.85 final payment1333.25

As far as i understand, gst cannot be levied on mrp but company is claiming that this is as per law and gst is applicable incase of discount. Please see the response from site below:
