[Resolved] Flipkart — Have not receive my Refund of Rs. 2393/- | |||
I had ordered a Titan raga watch on 30th July 2014 with order number OD[protected]. on 7th August I got message on my mobile number [protected] that "We regret to inform you that our courier partner was unable to deliver your Flipkart.com Order OD[protected]. We have cancelled the order and initiated refund. Please check your email for more details. Sincere apologies for inconvenience caused." Then i got message that it will be credited to my account in next 5-7 working days, bt now it have been more than 5 months i haven't recieved my Refund. I have sent them my account statements also. Bt they are always saying that they have refunded. Bt i havent got any refund. What legal action can be taken against them? Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jan 07, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried Calling customer no response, customer claims refund is not yet done from 5 months and customer had checked with bank also but refund not received. Escalated the issue to concern team. Once issue is resolved then closing the case.
