[Resolved] Flipkart — havells air fryer | |||||
On 23rd October I received the havells air fryer which was completely damaged. Despite of several calls with the customer care regarding refund and replacement of the same product, my problem is still not resolved. And they keep on asking for more time ie. 24, 48 hours and soo onn which is quite disappointing and unprofessional. This is quite misguiding for the consumer on behalf of flipkart team. Verified Support Nov 13, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is damaged. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on November 08, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
