[Resolved] Flipkart — havells organza 4b (pack of 2) 4 blade ceiling fan | |||
I purchased havells organza 4b (Pack of 2) 4 blade ceiling fan on aug 14, 2019 from flipkart for rs. 6074 and they delivered only 1 piece instead of 2 piece. I cancelled and asked for a replacement which they have not deliver in time and due to that i have to cancel the product. Flipkart accepted the cancellation and emailed about the refund of rs. 6074. Till today neither they are refunding the money and just postponing the resolution dates and always say they are looking into the matter. Every request they close it without any resolution and reason. Till today except for getting the next dates i am not getting my hard earned money back. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Dec 26, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that instead of 2 quantities customer has received 1 quantity. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on October 02, 2019, which should have been reflecting in your credit card account by now. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
