[Resolved] Flipkart — honor 9 lite mobile battery issue but replacement request being rejected | |
24th may 2018 : ordered honor 9 lite from flipkart of rs 11000 27th may 2018 : phone got delivered to me which was delayed by 1 day from their promised date. 27th may 2018 - 29th may 2018 : used mobile and found that there is an battery issue (From 100% drains to 70% in just 2 hrs with no use) 29th may 2018 (Evening) : raised a replacement request against the product by giving all the required details. 30th may 2018 (Morning) : got a trobuleshooting call in which the executive (Lady) advised me to use less wifi and use less apps to improve the performance After investing rs 11000 for good performanced phone, i am asked to use it less and. I was not satisfied with the resolution provided to me And hence i made another (2nd time) replacement request after which a technical visit is scheduled at my place for the product. 1st may 2018 (Morning) : an executive from the authorized partner of flipkart (Jeeves consumer service private limited) visited and investigated my phone and Said that " there seems to be an issue with the battery and he will submit the report to his senior about the issue and a new replacement will be issue for this phone 1st may 2018 (Evening) : i logged-in to flipkart and surprizd to see that my replacement request has again cancelled. I called the customer care and raised the replcement request for the 3rd time. Let see what happens this time as the customer care has promised me to give the best possible resolution to me. This was my first experience as a buyer through flipkart and with lot of regrets, i have to say that this was the worst. I hereby decided not to visit your website ever again and in-case you have the courtesy to understand what the real issue is. Please find a minute and look back into the previous request i made related to the battery issue of the product delivered to me. I am surprised that evern after continuos complains regarding the battery of my phone no action has been taken from your end. I wonder if my request even makes sense to you. With this kind of service, i am left out with only two options either to make a fresh replacement request and expect you to look into it on a serious note and ask for a refund and never again buy anything thing from flipkart. This is nothing less than a harassment that the technician visited my place agreed to the issue and did say that the problem is genuine and he will report the same to his senior but here i see that the request has been cancelled.
