[Resolved]  Flipkart — honor 9 lite mobile display broken

Sir,

I have purchased the mobile honor 9 lite on oct 6th through flipkart application.

With in a week, while using the phone was slipped and felt down..

The display has been broken.. Slightly broken on both down corners.

So far i don't know, how to complain about it. Now my friend advise me to do so.

I hope this one will come under replacement warranty, so kindly please do the needful..

Customer Issue: Shipment was delivered on 06 Oct 18, 07:09 PM and after using it for a week time the phone slipped and felt down & the display is broken.

We've interacted with the customer on ([protected]) and apologized for the issue caused, feedback noted for the same and info provided as the seller will help only within the 10 days of seller return policy if product received is in damaged condition during transit or defective or not as described however, if it is while using it falls under a physical damage the seller will not be able to help and requested customer to visit the service center and get the paid service for the same and denied for the request and warranty details info provided as Warranty Summary 12 Months on handset, 6 Months on battery, 6 Months on charger & 3 Months on data cable, but for physical damage customer will have to check with the service center and get the paid services and customer agreed hence closing the complaint from our end.

I bought a lenovo power bank from flipkart during the big billion days i.e. between 11 to 14 October. Now it is not working at all even after being properly charged.
