[Resolved] Flipkart — hp laptop flipkart | |||
I've ordered hp laptop from flipkart which was delivered on 9th sept. I got a faulty product. When raised return/replace for the product they took a whole month to process the request, and replaced it on 26th sept. The new product what is replaced is also having same defect (There is shadow of keyboard on the display screen). They dont respond on customer care numbers, nor on chat support. I am not able to play Flipkart Games via Flipkart app. When I try to enter, it shows that "Something's wrong here We encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions". Here I am attaching the screen shot of the same. Kindly take necessary steps to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
