Sir, i have received the watch on 04 oct 19 order no. Is od[protected]. This watch has software problem like counting steps in four wheeler, wrong heart rate data. I have contacted flipkart through app but my complaint closed without giving reasons, they r nor raising complaint and cutting the call in middle. Plz do needful. My no. Verified Support Dec 30, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on October 11, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

.Hello sir I am very disappointed this is the third time in 2 days that i bought the product on flipkart and they cancelled my order and refund will be cerdited in 8 days.. Sir they are doing fraud with customers plzz take some action on them as soon as possible

Today big billion day sale offer (Vivo z1x mobile) price was showing rupees 15, 000. but iam going to buy a phone it was showing 19, 000 rupees in a cart . I already called and told to custumercare about this issue, but still its showing 19000 rupees.
