[Resolved] Flipkart — HUL ULTIMA MINERAL 10 L (Refund requested of rs 13, 949) | |||
Dear Team I purchased Pureit by HUL ULTIMA MINERAL 10 L from flipkart on 9th october amounting to rs 13, 949. Order id is - OD[protected] Now i have below issues with the product. Although it is a good product by a good brand but it is having some basic issues. 1) Our family doctor recommended us to have water TDS b/w 200-300 but it is giving 50 only ( as per water tds tested by technician) which is not good for health and immunity. 2) Its not even having the basic functionality feature of adjusting TDS. 3) The major problem in our t3 cities like Karnal, Power Cut is a regular problem and this product is not even dispensing the waster from its storage without electricity. These issues and problems are not disclosed or being hidden intentionally by the company which is just making this product useless for us. Now, they say, this is not our policy to refund. But hiding the things on product page is also a fraud. If they had mentioned above things on product page, i would not have bought. So request you to pls help me to return the product and process the refund. One more thing, i told them that if they cant refund me then i am ready to buy anything else but again no response. Also, customer service is so poor when they want to sell the items they call and talk so polietly but when customer is in tention they dont help. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||

Flipkart is not listening to me he is stagnant on replacement of the item. clearly I do not want replacement I want refund because replacement if the same machine and I do not like the same water purifier machine.. I request you to refund at your earliest.
