[Resolved] Flipkart — I am complaining about flipkart service. | |||
Respected sir, I bought one samsung refrigerator (Order id-od[protected] from flipkart on big billion day 2019. On 4th of october i bought. I received the product on 11th october. I found the product faulty i. E overheating issue was there. I requested for refund. They gave me a date i. E 24th october is the maximum date they will pick up. I waited for 24th october no one came and no one even called. I complained to the customer care and they extended the date to 29th october. I waited for 29th october no one came and no one even called. I complained to the customer care and they again extended the date to 11th november. Again on 11th november no can came to receive. Again they are giving me 15th november date. I am fully frustrated. The product price is rs 11000/-. Its a very big amount for me. I saved this money to buy. But i got faulty now no one is listen to me, they are not even taking their product. Daily i am calling them still i have not got any help from them. They are cheaters. Can any one help me please. I am in too much of frustration. I don't have any other options except to go to consumer court. Invoice is attached. Flipkart is my worst choice. It would have reflected in your debit card by 27 Nov 19. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
