[Resolved] Flipkart — I am complaining about my flipkart - syska power bank 10000mah .which I have for replacement but I didn't get back any replace produ | |||||
I purchased syska power bank worth 699 from flipkart on 11th may . I ordered white color but i got black color and also a damage product . When i approach for replacement then one time delivery boy came to replace but he denied to replace because of color mismatch issue. From so many days i am trying to reach the customer care but not got any proper response and the replacemet date is getting postpond again and again but no one is coming for replacement of the product. Kindly resolve my issue as it has already been more than 1 month . that why i approach to customer grievance cell . Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jun 13, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved when i called company then he/she said i am sorry for this type of delay and said that i forwarded ur compain to seller he will solve your problen a soon as possible. He said always ma'am please wait some day i will get back your product as soon as possible . but till now i didnot get my product . i said that please give me my money also but he not agree to give me my money .
Flipkart customer services is not good, and also seller is not good . that why i approach in your site to resolve my problem .

Today i called customer service he again extend the date to 17 june . Always he extend the delivery date of product but no one is calling and give the product back. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
