Flipkart — I am complaining about Voltas 1.5 ton AC | |||||
I ordered Voltas 1.5 ton AC for 31, 490 and it’s internal parts were damaged . When I installed it, it didn’t worked so I contacted flipkart, they send me the number of Voltas company . After that I contacted Voltas service provider and they assured to send to people the next day to check the problem . After they check up the machine they said that the machine is damaged and I didn’t even use it for one week . They asked me to ask help from flipkart . I contacted flipkart and asked for refund or replacement but they refused to it by saying they can’t do anything . Under the terms and conditions of flipkart they claim that their products can be replaced within 30 days but it’s not been 30 days yet still they are not helping me instead they are blaming me . They should contact the seller because it’s them who has given me the damaged product but they are only saying me that they can’t do anything. So please I request you to help me in this situation I am very helpless. Was this information helpful? | |||||
