[Resolved] Flipkart — I am complaining handset missing in box | |||
I ordered a redmi note 4 (64gb + 4gb) from flipkart. When i Opened the box, i found the handset missing in it, so i put flipkart back On the request. When i opened the box, i had also made a video of it. After That, i took 12 days to check for flipkart customer care. Later on, when i Called, i was told that there is a confirmation from flipkart's cellar and Courier service that the right product was delivered to me. But the product That came to me, the handset was missing, so after that i called flipkart At least 100 times. Every time i got a date on flipkart's behalf, i called Customer care for 45 days. I tagged the video to @flipkartsupport on Twitter. I did not get my problem solution from flipkart Was this information helpful? | |||
