[Resolved] Flipkart — I didn't received my refund | |||||
My Email ID is [protected]@gmail.com I had ordered a Ambrane Powerbank 13000mah worth Rs.949 from flipkart.com. when I received the order, I found it was Not of the Brand Ambrane the PowerBank I have received is of the brand Sony. when I told this to the Flipkart customer care they arranged a pick up after 4-5 days and Picked up the Product. After that next day the person from EKART who picked up my Product is telling me to take back my product from their EKART Center (Karond, Bhopal, MP) which is 14Km away from my home, On asking him what's the matter he replied that it should be of the brand Ambrane not of Sony, I told him that I received this PowerBank on ordering Ambrane 13000mah, that's why I'm asking for Refund. But he told me to just pickup from their EKART Center (Karond, Bhopal, MP). When I told this to the Flipkart Customer care executive they told me that the product isn't picked up according to their information. What Should I do to get my money back ? Was it my Fault to Order a product from such a reputed Theif Ecommerce service? Was this information helpful? | |||||
