[Resolved]  Flipkart — I didn't received my refunded amount in my account.

Hi Sir/Mam
I have ordered a CROCS Men Grey Clogs from https://t.co/jEtVruEtfT worth Rs. of 2271 on 21 st of August 2021. Because of quality issue I didn't like the product and cancelled it. The delivery boy has came to my doorstep and has taken back my CROCS Men Grey Clogs next day. On 24th of August 2021, I got a message from https://t.co/jEtVruEtfT saying that "Your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 to 10 business days"

I waited till 3rd of September but didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account. I called https://t.co/jEtVruEtfT and the way they responded was shocking for me. They said they had done the refund to you bank. Kindly contact to your Customer Care of your issued bank. https://t.co/jEtVruEtfT is not going to loot your money. But actually they did. I called to SBI Customer Care and they said they have not received any refund from Merchant https://t.co/jEtVruEtfT. They said me to ask the UTR number from https://t.co/jEtVruEtfT, so that they can check in their system.
Again I called to https://t.co/jEtVruEtfT and asked for the UTR Number. On that they said that they are not having any UTR number since Instead of that they had given me one Reference No and told me to give that number to my bank so that they can check. They send me one mail as well in that they have mentioned about the Reference number and the refund which had never ever happened.
I again called to SBI BANk Customer Care and told that Reference No. which I got from https://t.co/jEtVruEtfT but SBI BANK guys were unable to see any details using that number since their system accept only 16-digits UTR number to fetch any kind of information regarding refund. But https://t.co/jEtVruEtfT didn't give me any UTR Number. After that SBI BANK guys told me to forward the mail which I had received from https://t.co/jEtVruEtfT and told me to wait for 24hrs.
forwarded that mail to SBI BANK CC and received a mail from them stating that SBI BANK has not received any refund from the merchant https://t.co/jEtVruEtfT. They said me to contact to https://t.co/jEtVruEtfT.
I again called them and this time they were not even bother to resolve my issue. Instead of that every time they are saying that Refund has been done from https://t.co/jEtVruEtfT. Your bank is lying your money, Kindly contact to your bank. When I say raise a ticket regaring my issue to your higher management, They do that but next moment I get the same mail in which they mention the same thing "Your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 to 10 business days". Flipkart is not even interested to refund my money. I am pretty sure the problem is from https://t.co/jEtVruEtfT end.
Sir, I am going to attach the relevant document. Kindly have a look and try to resolve my issue. I will be very thankful to you. Below are few more detials

This is to inform you that don't shop any product from Flipkart because i am very surprised to know Flipkart refund policy Flipkart generate Refund Reference number for customer but doesn't refund amount in my bank and customer care also didn't ready to listen anything from me. I am facing this problem since 24Aug-2021.

I have visited my bank to know about refund but bank denied for it.

In my experience, I have never faced such type of problems from any e-commerce company.That's why I am suggesting to all of you.
