[Resolved]  Flipkart — I have an issue with exchange of the old item

My order od[protected] dated on 21.10.2019 under an exchange offer for 'samsung 253 l frost free double door 4 star convertible refrigerator'. Delivary personel from flipkart wish master ekart refused to pickup my exchange products with out giving any ethical reasons.. After that wish master personel from ekart give me his own personal mobile no and his name to sell my product in open market.. I have complain it to flipkart but some flipkart customer care personel try to avoid this situation by tell that i have to contact customer care before taking delivary which is i found very difficult as i was trying for one hour to contact them and eventually failed.. So i finally mail the problem but the issue i raised did not resolved till now.. Flipkart customer support giving verdict by saying that

""your order has been delivered to you on october 25, 2019 and you have paid the difference amount of rs. 1500/-. Once the ordered product has been delivered by paying the exchange value, the seller will be unable to arrange the pickup of an exchange product as per the exchange related guidelines. We have shared feedback to the seller and the courier service providers so that they can put in additional measures in place to make your shopping experience a delightful one."". That means from flipkart side there will be no legal action against ekart.. Or they less bother about a customer who suffer this kind of cheating even he is a plus member
