[Resolved] Flipkart — I have not receive product | |||||
We would like to inform you that we had placed an order of Apple Iphone 5 with order ID OD[protected] on dated[protected] and the delivery was received on[protected]. When the packet was opened on 30th July 2017 we were shocked to see that the contained a stone instead of phone in it. Immediately we contacted with the customer care department of Flipkart and all the required details were disclosed to them. We were assured that the packet would be replaced within 11 days after due verification. Till today no resolution has been made and we are awaiting the delivery of our Iphone 5. Kindly treat this as urgent and do the needful at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||||
