[Resolved] Flipkart — i have order a nikon dslr camera but i have received a brick and a battery. | |||
Dear sir I have order a product having order no od[protected] on date 30-july - 2018 nikon d3400 dslr camera body with dual lens: af-p dx nikkor 18-55 mm f/3.5 - 5.6g vr + af-p dx nikkor 70-300 mm f/4.5 - 6.3g ed vr (16 gb sd card + camera bag) (Black) . I have receive the product today but unfortunately when i have open the product it is completely different product 1 no brick and 1 no of battery in the box. So i’m immediately raise a complain call to your customer care one of your apprehensive communicate and take a complaint. And he promise me he handover the complaint to his senior department and try to resolve the complaint asap. Then i have receive a mail from flipkart that we would like to let you know that we're working closely with the seller to resolve your issue. A specialist from our team will be contacting you on your registered mobile number [protected] in the next 12 days between 9 am to 9 pm to get additional information. Please note that the seller will not be able to fulfill your request in case these details are not available.
