[Resolved] Flipkart — I haven't receive handset in delivery package/mobile phone is missing | |||
Hello, I have receive the order[nokia 6.1plus] package on 30/nov./2018, But unfortunate i don't found mobile phone inside the package I informed to flipkart customer support, than i was asked to wait 48hours. But no any update has received, i try to contact again, they has given a new time. According to the flipkart supported team, i have shared all detail via email, But after one month flipkart has blocked my account because flipkart system has detected unusually high number of returns. After that i try to contact again in many attempts, but no any one response my issue However its my first order of this account, flipkart fraud with me Please help me, and recover my loss.
