I haven't yet received my refund to my bank ACCOUNT.
I have order Lenovo k6 power phone on 18th Dec 2016. The order get canceled form your end due to locality issue still after checking locality availability process.
Till the date i dnt get my money back. your customer care says we done up form our end you go and check with your bank and the bank says we dont get form flipkart even after given reference number form your end.

Plz provied me UTR no and Bank name Bcoz just base on reference number the banker unable to check my refund status form there end

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with customer (Ramesh on [protected]) says still not received the refund. As we provided the refund transaction with customer and requested him to get in touch with bank, customer raised complaint with bank. Bank asked customer to wait for 07 days. Apologized to customer and requested to wait till the time bank asked for. In case of any issue, requested to get back to us. Customer agreed and closing the case.
