[Resolved] Flipkart — I initiated a return of my phone within 10 days but they cancelled my request. | |||
My name is vertika srivastava. I have purchased realme5 via [protected]@gmail.com on 16october and got delivered on 21october. Front n back camera was not working, pixels are getting broken raised return request on 31october. Next day engineer visited to check the phone which according to him was all right but camera issues remained unsolved and company rejected my request without even informing me i kept on calling their customer care no but none of the calls gave any solution. At my call on 7november i was informed that my request has been rejected and have too keep the defected phone. Was this information helpful? | |||
