[Resolved]  Flipkart — If a delivery is getting delayed, a company should have responsibility of atleast notifying the customer

I had ordered a Bosch Mixer from Flipkart on 17th May, and i got my delivery finally on 11ty June. Infact i had already started paying my first Emi for the product the month before itself, but the product was delivered very late. I know the product could have been stuck somewhere due to lockdown. But atleast the company has the responsibility to inform the same to the customer rather than keeping mum. I tried calling Flipkart customer multiple times, buy the call will be disconnected in between.. so what ever happens please inform the customer on time what is happening...
