[Resolved] Flipkart — ifb defective washing machine not replacing though in warranty period and it is already defective | |||||
I have purchased ifb front load washing machine in big billion days. It is defective peice and raised the call to flipkart that it it not working. They keep on my requests on hold for around a month now and not replacing my machine though it is completely defective. I have called the ifb guy he also confirmed that the machine is defective. This problem is also known to flipkart persons. Still they are not listening to my query and not replacing the machine. I have lost my 18000 rs. Verified Support Nov 04, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We interacted with the customer, he confirmed that the order is delivered. Customer had another issue with the same product hence, arranged for Technician Visit and closing the complaint.
