[Resolved] Flipkart — ifb washing machine - od[protected] damage found, delay in returning process-unethical behavior | |||
I ordered a ifb washing machine 6.5kg of around 14k. It got delivered on 21th august 2017, the demo person came on 29th aug 2017 and open the segment (Until we didn't not touched the segment). While opening the segment it was found in damaged condition. I requested the customer care for return/replacement on the same day. From that point onwards, i have been calling on daily basis and i get the same response that matter will be resolved in next 48 hours but no progress till date. Today when i called them again, they came up with this reply "we are sorry for inconvenience & we are working on it". I totally fed up with continuous follow up. I didn't expect this kind of response from flipkart. So kindly help to resolve the issue at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
