[Resolved]  Flipkart — illegal debit an amount of rs. 32,741.00

Dear Sir - I would like to inform that an amount of Rs. 32, 741.00 has been debited from my SB account No. 10567195331 through SBI Credit Card No. 4047457534434344 on 01.12.2019 and when I contacted to the SBI Credit Card Customer Care they intimated that the amount has been debited directly to the Flipkart account due to my previous outstanding due to auto debit. The amount which was debited without my information totally fraud, I have already registered a complaint against SBI Credit Card. I would like to request you kind look into the matter and finalized the matter otherwise I will be bound to file an FIR. I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action after give a proper investigate the matter of the fraudulent transaction and legal action should be taken against the illegal officials.
