Hello team, please check the website of flipkart where i tried to place a order and flipkart delivery guy is not picking the call and also the flipkart website did not mention that the product will be delivered at 7pm and while i was purchasing the product i particularly selected the time slot for august 4th -12pm-3.30pm And when i spoke with the flipkart escalation team head - ritu was saying that the product cannot be delivered before 7pm and i particularly selected a time slot that means i have to manage my time and flipkart doesn’t value me and while speaking with ritu she disconnected my call and she kept me on mute for more than 7minutes and did not receive a call back Was this information helpful? | |||

When I tried to speak with delivery executive he’s not lifting my calls Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
