[Resolved] Flipkart — I'm complaining about the company that sent a dead mobile phone redmi 3 s prime. And after that company cannot help for its replacement. | |||||
I have order redmi 3 s prime mobile phone on flipcart. And i'm received the dead mobile in the box it cannot start. After that i have call flipcart customer service for its replacement. The customer service of flipcart say the mobile was pickup by currier on 22 april. Today is 25 and no one can pickup and the pickup shipment is cancelled. And today identify return request. And i'm call flipcart customer service for its replacement the customer say your not file complaint against the replacement and you file complaint against replacement is today your product will be pickup on 29 april and new handset is you receive on 5 may 2017.
