[Resolved]  Flipkart — i'm not able to get the order from flipkart

Dear Tea,

I purchased Redmi note PRO 5, I struggled very much to booking a product due to flash sales (product is on demand). Everything Order & payment has made and they promised that it will delivered by 22nd May, and after that they extended time till 30th may, till now I didn't received product in my hand.
If I contact them they inform me that its cancelled due to not picking from courier HUB (for away to my mentioned address around 80 Km's). they are giving not proper solution. Due to this I am losing around 1500 lose and same product available at my native place I rejected due to this product is already ordered with Flipkart.

Please provide the solution. Thanks in advance for your best support.

And flipkart is making customers as fools, due to flash sales... their is no stock for product but still selling with out products and cancelling . due to its creating hype on Filpkart and as well product sales its not good. Please make the register my complaint .

Customer has raised the complaint regarding the cancellation of the order. We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the order cancellation. Informed customer that he was provided with the hub details to collect from hub. But customer did not visit as the hub location was very far from his place. Customer was demanding for the cashback amount which he did not receive due to order cancellation. Denied request as the offer was not applied with the order but customer was not satisfied with the resolution. Closing the complaint from our side.
