Flipkart — Imei no do not match with phone model

I want to exchange my mi 10t phone. but when i try to enter imei no, an error show that imei no do not matched with phone model mi 10t.

i still haven't ordered anything i just want to know why this error - "imei no doesn't matched with mi 10t" is showing when i want to exchange my current phone mi 10t with other phones. where i am entering correct imei no.
