Flipkart — Improper service by Flipkart.com. technical support team not responding to a genuine query

Dear Sir / madam, The after sales service received by Flipkart.com is very disappointing. Request you to go through the trail mails first. Further to the trail mails i request you to listen the conversations that i had with your customer care department til now. Last month i.e on 11th March 2015 i purchased a Lenovo A6000 through your services. Due to a problem with WiFi it was replaced promptly. I appreciate that; however the replacement was also not functioning properly. In order to avoid any quick or confused response i used the handset for a few days. All the time i faced the following issues 1) No or minimal 3 G support (though i have a 3 G post paid plan) 2) Battery gets exhausted fast. Both the problems were not faced with the earlier handset of Lenovo. A complaint was launched telephonically[protected] dated 2nd April 15. I it I gave a suggestion that let the handset be verified / checked by the technical team. (You can check the call records) To my surprise even after so many days nothing noticeable has happened. twice i received schedules for a phone call but the call was not received. Instead of Saturday i received a call at the wrong time in my working hours. I politely asked the concerned to call me in precisely 5 min which did not happen. Instead i received a message that the call has been rescheduled for today i.e. 7th April 15 at 7 Pm. Today morning your customer care executive tells me it is 2:15 PM not 7 PM and gives a new complaint no[protected] dated 7th April 15. I feel that in this delay the one months period for replacement or guarantee warranty will expire and i will be on the losing end. Kindly look in the matter and please do the needful at the earliest. I have raised compaint that product qas marked as delivered but i have not received it yet 2 days passed and no reponse from customer service griveence and when called with customer service they are directly disconnecting my call its happened atleast 14 times now,
They are neither cancelling nor refunding my money ane asking me to wait for atleat 5 days to resolve it, as a customer why i should i suffer with your techinical problems its shows loophole in yoir system and also no action taken on delivery boy who called me to deliver it and updated comments as delivered without actually delivering product, nor that number is reacharble was not direct number called via e kart number.

Plz help in resolving asap
