[Resolved] Flipkart — In[protected] | |||||
Myself Soundarya. Here is my concern. While applying for loan I noticed my Cibil score is low due to IDFC over due amount I have contacted bank and they clearly mentioned the due amount is from Flipkart. From records its mentioned that the loan was approved on 04/11/2020 and I dont have any details of this on my records. I have been contacting Flipkart customer support the whole day and they mentioned as there are no overdue amount on my account and there was no proper response regarding loan amount. With out any interference because of this over due amount my Cibil score is reduced I want to take this on high priority and close this over due amount. If you dont take proper action Im going to sue you guys. Was this information helpful? | |||||
