Flipkart — Incomplete order - order id: od[protected]. | |||
Hi Team, I had made an order to purchase Canon 700D Order Id: OD[protected]. I received the order today and the camera, lense 55-250 mm, DSLR Bag and Battery is missing. I have received only the camera strap, Charger and 18-55mm lens. It seems someone has tampered the order and given me a fake order. We are the customers whi trust the online retailers and purchase the products from you as it's a better option for us and also it saves a lot of time. I am deeply disappointed due to the product-order I received today. Is this some sort of customer service that we get when we make online purchases. I truly want to raise this to a legal head in Flipkart your sellers or delivery team are mocking us with such an awful purchase experiences. There should be a way out where a customer can complaint. The customers shouldn't suffer so much after making a payment of such a big amount. Now they are referring to the return policu and stating that they will reolace the order. This is insane. We don't want your products now. Kindly just return my money. So that I can make a purchase soke where else. I'm hoping to hear from you at the earliest. Also I want to state that I would never place an order on Flipkart after this and also advice my contacts not doing so. This is totally opposite to my previous purchase experiences from Flipkart.
