Flipkart — Incomplete order - order id: od[protected].

Hi Team,
I had made an order to purchase Canon 700D Order Id: OD[protected]. I received the order today and the camera, lense 55-250 mm, DSLR Bag and Battery is missing. I have received only the camera strap, Charger and 18-55mm lens.
It seems someone has tampered the order and given me a fake order. We are the customers whi trust the online retailers and purchase the products from you as it's a better option for us and also it saves a lot of time.
I am deeply disappointed due to the product-order I received today. Is this some sort of customer service that we get when we make online purchases.
I truly want to raise this to a legal head in Flipkart your sellers or delivery team are mocking us with such an awful purchase experiences. There should be a way out where a customer can complaint. The customers shouldn't suffer so much after making a payment of such a big amount.

Now they are referring to the return policu and stating that they will reolace the order. This is insane. We don't want your products now. Kindly just return my money. So that I can make a purchase soke where else.
I'm hoping to hear from you at the earliest. Also I want to state that I would never place an order on Flipkart after this and also advice my contacts not doing so. This is totally opposite to my previous purchase experiences from Flipkart. No online merchant can do well after stating making such fraud orders.

This is not just regarding a missing order issue. I had ordered this product as I can gift it to my brother. Now they are showing us the policies and procedures of Flikpart. Isn't Flipkart committed to get the right and correct orders delivered? You're saying that the customer is Solely responsible for all the things and he has to follow your return policy. No, this won't work. If you're stating that the customer has to bear with all this then I should add this "you're losing a customer and all my contacts associated with Flipkart won't make any purchases from Flipkart from now onwards."

Also you need to guide me regarding what I should do with the order replacement which you're giving me after 17th Nov, 2016. I only purchased the DSLR as I wanted to gift it to my Brother. Now, as I won't be able to gift him the camera on his B'day what should I do by keeping the Camera.

Please don't let the customers bed there hard earned money. We do not earn our money by making frauds. We work hard to earn the money. Don't play with our hard earned money. This is totally an unethical approach towards the customers and you're taking the customers for granted. First your seller cancels the order by telling wrong return reason mentioned. After attempting the second call you people say they will surely take see to it that the complaint doesn't get canceled and then on the next day the seller directly makes a new order on my behalf. This is hampering my privacy by making someone do the order on my behalf without my consent.

Now, you people will speak about the return policy. But THE RETURN POLICY SHOULDN'T ONLY STICK AT THE CUSTOMERS END. IF YOU PEOPLE HAVE MADE AN MISTAKE YOU ARE THE PEOPLE WHO SHOULD PAY FOR ITS CONSEQUENCES. I don't want much help from your people now. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THE CONTACT OF OUR LEGAL AUTHORITIES WHO DEAL DIRECTLY WITH FLIPKART OR I CAN SAY FRAUDKART.
