[Resolved]  Flipkart — Insincerity

I purchased a Microsoft Lumia 532 on Flipkart. The product was delivered on August 10, 2015. I found the handset was faulty and I initiated a return request on August 14, 2015. I had to write over mails and have to take calls to get the return initiated. However, the return got initiated on August 15, 2015. Flipkart scheduled a pick up on August 18, 2015. It's August 21, 2015 and still they did not pick up the device. So, my refund is stuck. I want my money back.

Spoke to customer informed him about the refund also told him pickup is scheduled and will be picked up within 5 business days.
